World Heart Day 2024, 2025 and 2026
World Heart Day is observed on 29 September every year and coordinated by the World Heart Foundation. Many government and private organizations put on World Heart Day events and help to promote it, as does the World Health Organization.

On World Heart Day, there are concerted media campaigns to help alert the people of many nations that heart disease is the number one cause of death in the world. The fact is that most heart-related disease might have been prevented were it not for smoking, poor diet, obesity, and other out of control risk factors.
World Heart Day events held every year around the world include public concerts, sports matches, walks and runs, physical fitness sessions, and educational exhibits.
